| Koleje Dolnoslaskie is a joint stock company established by resolution of the council of Lower Silesia from December 28, 2007. Its goals are to provide passenger services around the major urban centers of Wroclaw, Klodzko Walbrzych Legnica, Jelenia Góra, Lubin and Swidnica and shuttle service between the two cities. Starting transport activity was 14 December 2008. |
