| Due to late arrival I missed the experience of high comfort Bla Taget, Blue Train. So I had to take another ride by SJ, 10% more expensive back to Skövde. With a modern Vectron locomotive pulling a row of classic, 1960s carriages, Bla Taget is a nostalgic but comfortable alternative to Sweden’s modern intercity trains. The train is operated by Skandinaviska Jernbanor AB five days a week between Uppsala - Stockholm - Gothenburg, prices about half of SJ first class. |
