| An intercity train with some refurbished double decks cars. The first car, a Class AD, behind the Re 460 is a combined first-class "A" and baggage "D" car. This car has only one passenger entrance, the baggage gate is only set up for service use. The lower deck is equipped with a handicapped accessible toilet and parking spaces for wheelchairs. A lift is installed on the side of the luggage compartment, which leads from the passenger compartment in the lower deck via the luggage compartment to the upper deck to the train boss' compartment and the passenger compartment; this is mainly used for the minibar, which is located in the luggage compartment. The luggage compartment also serves as an emergency exit. In the event of a train evacuation, passengers can escape using this part of the AD car. |
