Album Info:On August 10th an accident with a freight train happened in Gotthard base tunnel and was closed thereafter. Time to see traffic on the summit line. On 23rd of August one 57 km long base tunnel was opened again for freight only. Time to see the restart of north-south freight services and some other places pics.

Description:  GOTTHARD PANORAMA EXPRESS was introduced in 2017 (after the opening of the Gotthard Base Tunnel). Its a seasonal train only from mid-April 15 till end-October, Tuesday to Sunday, including public holidays. It consist of 6 first class cars: Two Apm panorama coaches, a photo car where the windows can be opened, another two Apm panorama cars and the final standard Apm with minibar and staff compartment.
