Description:  Ae 3/6 10664, built 1926, with a historic train, all built 1907-1909. The Ae 3/6 l were procured in several orders from 1920 to 1929. For the electrical part, the companies BBC, MFO and SAAS were involved. The locomotive 10664 comes from the halls of the BBC and the SLM.

Title:  Back to the good old time
Description:  The Ae 3/6 I was used from the start of electrification in the 1920s until the mid-1990s and was the longest-lived locomotive series, having served the SBB for over seven decades. There were no other locomotives on the SBB that were used for so long and without major modifications. When discarded, many vehicles had a mileage of 5 to 6 million kilometers. The locomotive with the number 10664 was built in 1926 and was mainly used in Zurich. It was decommissioned in 1990. In 2010, the proud Ae 3/6 I was added to the SBB Historic fleet.

Description:  SBB C 5/6 Locorama railway museum Switzerland. The locomotive stood as a memorial locomotive in front of the SBB main workshop in Olten from 1973 to March 19, 1996. After being handed over to Eurovapor, the locomotive was made ready for rolling and received the boiler of the locomotive C 5/6 2969.

Description:  National Railway Museum York/UK: In 1933, the Great Western Railway introduced the first of what was to become a very successful series of railcars, which survived in regular use into the 1960s. The design for 44 passengers featured streamlined bodywork, which was very much the fashion at the time.

Description:  National Railway Museum York/UK: 6229 Duchess of Hamilton in re-streamlined condition. 6229 was built in 1938 at Crewe as the tenth member of its class and the last in the second batch of five red streamliners, complete with gold speed cheat stripes. The locomotives were specifically designed for use on express services between London Euston and Glasgow Central. Their duties were to include the hauling of a non-stop express, subsequently named the Coronation Scot.

Description:  National Railway Museum York/UK: The LNER (London & North Eastern Railway) 4468 Mallard (BR 60022), is a type of LNER Class A4 4-6-2 'Pacific' steam locomotive. The locomotive was built in the LNER Doncaster works in 1938. The A4 were designed and built in order to compete with the automobile. LNER introduced then this streamlined locomotive, that was capable of making the trip from London to Edinburgh 2 hours faster than the car.

It was designed to tow passenger trains on the line from Barcelona to Molins de Rei and Martorell , which would later be absorbed by the companies from Tarragona to Barcelona and Francia (TBF) in 1875 and Madrid to Zaragoza and Alicante (MZA) in 1891.

Right: Norte i Renfe 7001 electric locomotive built 1928. Spanish/Swiss production, 1325 KW, max. speed 90 kph / 56 mph.
