These 25kV locomotives were built in the Soviet Union at the Novocherkassk Electric Locomotive Factory between 1973 and 1985. Locomotives number 3098-3110 were rebuilt with new boogies allowing a higher maximum speed (160 kph) in the 1990s. Here it just arrived in Riihimaeki yard with a petroleum train from Russia. |
