Luck in misfortune: When I booked to a hotel in a five store house overlooking an intermmodal yard (where NOHABs are operating) I realised, that hotel rooms are at the lowest floor only. Sadly sitting on my bed, knowing there is no access to the yard, I heard a deep sound approaching. Running to the window, I realised there is a single track just down the wall of the house and what is coming ... the NOHAB I was looking for ... lucky man, as sun just went down and light fading away quickly. |
